Hotel was pretty good and comfrotable for the price for a 3star. I wanted to get a printout of my next booking and they got me to send the voucher to there email address of the hotel so that they could print for me. The bell-boys were every ready to help you. B'fast was not that great not much variety. Walking distance to all tour agents, restaurants and other attractions and market. Always get direction from the hotel.

Pleasant stay in clean comfortabe room. Room not always made up by mid afternoon but staff are accommodating

We stayed at this hotel for a week in June 2011. The staff can’t do enough to assist – they even lent me a US dollar to tip the staff on arrival as I had no small change. Some rooms maybe too small for travellers with big bags and the corner rooms were perfect for travellers with larger bags - much more space to move about. Television channels, maybe 80 or so were excellent and the Hitachi air con was very quiet and efficient – the best I have had anywhere. It was a quiet hotel with heavy doors but some guests just don’t understand that others are in the hotel as well. Breakfast was great on the top floor with a good outlook over the city - they were generous in their offerings and the variety was exceptional.

The location of the hotel is good and the staffs are very friendly. Moving around is not a problem and shops are within walking distance.

I stayed at the hotel for four night, on the first day the water pipe was broken might be due to frequent use, I reported to the hotel staff and the matter was immediately repaired, that was very quick and considerate of the staff. The hotel is located near the bus stop, it is convenience for those coming to Ho Chi Min City by bus. The facility in the room is commendable. I enjoyed my stay, it is clean and the price is affordable to budget travelers.

From the moment I walked through the front doors I felt comfortable. The staff were very helpful and guided me on the best tours. The hotel is an easy walk to Ben Thanh Square; great for the evening meal or for shopping through the day. A lot of cheap eats nearby.

Good location and very pleasant staff the hong thien loc hotel is a good value place to stay in the best location in ho chi minh. the staff were very knowledgeable about tours and places to go, and helpful . the breakfast was nice with a decent choice of cold and hot options and the rooms were quiet and comfortable.
